Before work is commenced on the construction or erection of private or residential temporary swimming pools or any alterations, additions, remodeling or other improvements, an application for a temporary swimming pool license must be submitted in writing to the Village Clerk-Treasurer’s office. Plans and specifications and pertinent explanatory data should be submitted to the Village Clerk-Treasurer’s office at the time of application.
