NEW OFFICE HOURS / BUILDING UPDATE

The Village of Woodville Clerk’s Office has new hours. The new hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment. The office will be closed to the public on Fridays. Please call (715 ) 698-2355 if you need to schedule an appointment or need assistance. Residents will see no change in the level of essential services provided.

All residents needing to make utility payments to Village of Woodville Utilities or Municipal Court payments can do so by mailing, placing their payments in the drop box located outside of the Pioneer Building, or by utilizing the online payment portal found on  www.villageofwoodville.org. All other payments can be mailed or placed in the drop box.

The Woodville Police Department is functioning as usual.  However, you may see a few changes in how we handle certain calls for service.  If we can handle your complaint with a phone call, we will.  We will utilize email when possible as well.  We may conduct some conversations outside of your home instead of inside.  This is for the safety of all involved.  We will do our part to “flatten the curve” and not overwhelm our healthcare system.

All other Village of Woodville Facilities will be reopened to the public effective June 9, 2021. All CDC guidelines must be followed in all Village facilities. In addition, St. Croix County Public Health has extended their Mask Advisory until August 5, 2021.  Under the Mask Advisory, Public Health continues to recommend every individual, age five and older, in St. Croix County wear a face mask if the following apply:

  1. The individual is fully vaccinated and is
  2. At local businesses and workplaces which ask individuals to mask.
  3. In healthcare settings.
  4. In K-12 schools.
  5. At a place where masks are required by local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations.
  6. If they are residents or employees in a correctional or detention facility, jail, or homeless shelter.

Public Health recommends wearing masks for those not fully vaccinated as an important tool to fight this virus. They are encouraging those who have not been vaccinated for COVID-19 to get vaccinated at a location that is convenient for them.

At this time, it is our intention to maintain all essential/critical village functions with our employees continuing in their normal capacity while working remotely and/or within the facilities closed to the public. Residents will see no change in the level of essential services provided for public safety (police, fire, and ambulance).

The Village of Woodville will continue to provide regular updates on its website and social media accounts as the situation warrants regarding cancelations, postponements, or closures.
