FIREWORKS REMINDER TO ALL VILLAGE OF WOODVILLE RESIDENTS:

The fireworks season is now upon us, and the Woodville Police Department would like to remind all residents that fireworks are illegal in the State of Wisconsin.   The only fireworks someone may possess are sparklers, stationary cones, fountain toy bombs, and confetti poppers with less than one-quarter grain of explosive.  Best rule of thumb:                      

If it goes up or makes a loud boom,  it is not legal. 

The Police Department will issue citations in the amount of $170.00 for each violation.  This will be strictly enforced.  Let’s make this a safe and fun holiday for all!  Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
