January 27, 2026, Public Hearing-to amend Chapter 525 Zoning to establish a process and conditions to permit an additional detached accessory structure as a conditional use in a residential district (Section 525-71).
January 27, 2026, Public Hearing- to consider a request by the Village of Woodville to amend Chapter 525 Zoning to further establish requirements for an accessory parking space (Section 525-40). As part of this review and possible code amendment, the Plan Commission will also be discussing changes to Chapter 455 Streets, Sidewalk and Driveways.
