• May 12, 2026 Plan Commission Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit by Jason Lynum (Northside Power Equipment, LLC.), for the following purposes: Allowing an Automobile and manufactured home sales and service establishments and public garages Conditional Use Permit to be able to obtain a motor vehicle dealer’s license.

• February 11, 2026 Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing to consider an application for a zoning variance by Ben Bengtson, on behalf of Garrett and Megan Wynveen, to allow the expansion of a nonconforming structure. The applicant is proposing to construct a 3’ x 5’ overhang over the front door on the west side of the home. The overhang will not extend into the required setbacks. 

• January 27, 2026,  Public Hearing-to amend Chapter 525 Zoning to establish a process and conditions to permit an additional detached accessory structure as a conditional use in a residential district (Section 525-71).

•  January 27, 2026, Public Hearing- to consider a request by the Village of Woodville to amend Chapter 525 Zoning to further establish requirements for an accessory parking space (Section 525-40). As part of this review and possible code amendment, the Plan Commission will also be discussing changes to Chapter 455 Streets, Sidewalk and Driveways.

• January 27, 2026, Public Hearing- to amend Chapter 525 Zoning to further establish requirements for ground signs in commercial, planned unit development, and industrial districts, including a maximum size and minimum setbacks (Section 525-48).
