A request for a variance may be made when an aggrieved party can submit proof that strict adherence to the provisions of the local zoning code would cause undue hardship or create conditions causing greater harmful effects than the initial condition. A variance application must be filled out and returned to the Village Clerk’s office. Variance requests require a public hearing and can take up to __ weeks to process.
